




Key Responsibilities: * Plan and update daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. * Organize all types of travel (itineraries, reservations, 24/7 on-site assistance). * Handle personal matters for General Management, including notarial, banking, and governmental procedures—optimizing time efficiency. * Procure household and office supplies following CFO criteria (cost savings without compromising quality). * Coordinate logistics for General Management’s needs (purchases and service acquisitions). * Manage email and phone communications with executive diplomacy. * Prepare presentations (KPIs, Zoom, Canva, etc.). * Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up until objectives or goals involving other departments and General Management are achieved. * Handle legal, administrative, accounting, marketing, and corporate matters to coordinate with respective departments. Essential Requirements: * Minimum 3 years as a high-level Executive Assistant. * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and/or Systems and Informatics. * Proficiency in financial Excel, cash flow analysis, and basic KPIs. * Valid driver’s license; 24/7 availability (mandatory). * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in office suites and productivity apps. * Proactivity and proposals for improvement. * Honesty and absolute confidentiality under a non-disclosure agreement. * Professional appearance and executive demeanor. * Resilience under pressure.
