




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage payroll processes, social benefits, and personnel administration, ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll and labor declarations (PLAME, AFP NET). 2. Calculates and administers social benefits and severance payments. 3. Maintains and updates employee files and contracts. Requirements: \- Technical or University graduate in Accounting \- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling payroll, employee files, vacation control, attendance tracking, and leave management. \- Knowledge of PLAME and AFP NET \- Experience calculating CTS (Compensation for Time of Service), Fifth Category Income Tax, bonuses, and social benefit severance payments. \- Knowledge of labor legislation \- Experience using timekeeping and attendance control systems \- Basic knowledge of Human Resources administration \- Availability to work in Callao (6 blocks from Hospital Negreiros located on Tomas Valle) Responsibilities: \- Process monthly payroll and salary payments. \- Submit PLAME and AFP NET declarations. \- Calculate Compensation for Time of Service (CTS) and bonuses. \- Manage and execute final settlements of social benefits, including severance payments and contract terminations. \- Administer insurance programs (SCTR, VIDA LEY). \- Manage and update employee files. \- Handle contract renewals and updates. \- Manage and update employee vacation records. \- Administer and record employee leaves, including sick leave, special permits, and justified absences.
