




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with strong execution, technology, and automation orientation to manage an operation of 140+ employees, with genuine interest in AI to enhance processes. At AGLAB, we seek to hire an HR professional with strong orientation toward execution, technology, and automation, who can help us manage an operation of over 140 employees with high turnover, and who holds a genuine interest in using AI to improve processes. This role is critical: we need someone who solves problems, automates tasks, and leverages digital tools to make work more efficient. **Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end management of employee onboarding and offboarding (contracts, documentation, records). * Payroll calculation and control, attendance incidents, vacations, overtime, and social benefits. * Operational support in Odoo (HR / personnel administration). * Coordination with accounting and internal departments on labor-related matters. * Organization and improvement of HR processes to reduce operational workload. * Use of technological tools (advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, ERP systems). * Active support in implementing automations and AI usage for HR. * Autonomous resolution of daily operational issues. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Technical or university degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Prior HR experience managing large volumes of personnel (mandatory). * Proven experience in payroll and labor processes. * Strong computer skills (Excel, systems, digital tools). * High organizational and execution capacity. * Practical mindset: acts, solves, and proposes. * Genuine interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence (not just curiosity). * Ability to learn quickly and adapt. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience using Odoo or another ERP. * Participation in administrative task automation. * Use of AI tools (ChatGPT, automations, simple scripts, etc.). * Curious, organized profile eager to grow alongside the company. **What We Offer** * Key role with high impact on the organization. * Direct learning in implementing AI applied to HR. * Dynamic and challenging environment. * Opportunity for professional growth as the department matures.
