Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Assistant to diagnose and resolve software and network issues, monitor servers, and provide technical support to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Software and network problem diagnosis and resolution 2. Monitoring and support for virtualized servers (Windows/Ubuntu) 3. Requirements: Completed technical or university studies in: Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields Excel proficiency level: basic \- intermediate Minimum experience in similar positions (preferred) Willingness to work in Callao. What challenges will you face? Diagnose and resolve software and network problems. Monitor and support virtualized servers on Windows / Ubuntu. Coordinate with technology vendors when necessary. Prepare, update, and analyze reports using Excel. Track operational and technical requests. Support tasks related to digital resources, configurations, validations, and information control. Provide timely and efficient technical support to users of the monitoring information platform. Other duties inherent to the position, as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
