Analyze and generate deliverables or outputs according to established requirements, proposing process improvement actions for assigned tasks. Actively participate in work meetings, presenting scopes and delegated responsibilities, effectively supporting received requests or inquiries. Guarantee the correct sequence of steps for obtaining required information, ensuring achievement of the stated objective for subsequent development. Prepare technical reports and documentation regarding the status of information technology systems and related projects. Manage incidents and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as implement improvements or new technological systems contributing to institutional process optimization. Requirements Graduate or holder of a technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or university professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Required Knowledge in:** Proficiency in Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts) Certificate or proof of completion in IT Service Management (ITIL). **Desirable Knowledge in:** Documentation of functional and process requirements. Participation in system implementation or improvement projects. Proficiency in collaborative environments (Microsoft O365; Planner, Project, Jira [desirable]). Business Process Management (BPM) Knowledge of SQL for databases and familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI) Benefits All statutory benefits and profit-sharing.
