Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Physician to conduct audits of occupational health services, review medical records, identify findings, and coordinate remotely. Key Highlights: 1. Tracking and issuing audit reports OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN – AUDITS \| REMOTE **Requirements:** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Medical Doctor and Surgeon. * Master's degree or specialization in **Occupational Health / Occupational Medicine**. * Minimum **2 years of experience in Occupational Health**. * Experience in **audits of occupational health services** and/or medical audits. * Experience in **reviewing EMOs (Occupational Medical Examinations), occupational clinical histories, protocols, and medical reports**. * Knowledge of **Occupational Safety and Health and Occupational Health regulations**. * Experience in **identifying and tracking audit findings**. * Proficiency in Office tools and digital platforms. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct **audits and reviews of occupational medical records**. * Review the quality and consistency of **EMOs and occupational protocols**. * Identify findings and issue **audit reports**. * Follow up on **corrective actions**. * Provide medical support for **audit and accreditation processes**. * Coordinate remotely with medical and administrative teams. * Review documentation and evidence for **internal and external audits**. * Issue recommendations to improve the quality of Occupational Health services. **Work Modality:** 100% remote **Contract Type:** RHE / as determined by evaluation **Working Hours:** 48 hours per week **Key Experience:** Occupational Health \+ Medical Auditing Application Question(s): * What is your expected monthly salary for this position? * Do you have experience identifying findings and tracking audit observations? * Have you conducted reviews and audits of occupational clinical histories, EMOs, and medical protocols? * How many years of experience do you specifically have in medical or occupational audits? * How many years of experience do you have in Occupational Health? * Do you hold a Master's degree or specialization in Occupational Health/Occupational Medicine?
