Job Summary: Newrest is seeking a Bakery Intern to support the preparation and production of products, meeting production targets and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking a Bakery Intern with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed technical studies in Pastry and/or Bakery, or students in their final academic cycles. \- Availability to undertake internships during the following schedule: * Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM \- 6:00 PM * Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM \- 4:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery, pastry, and confectionery products according to established recipes and procedures. \- Meet production targets, ensuring efficiency and proper use of ingredients. \- Properly handle and clean work tools and equipment, such as knives, dough sheeters, ovens, etc. \- Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards at all stages of production. \- Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized and efficient work environment. \- Provide support for other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** \- FOLA Insurance \- 100% meal coverage \- Market-competitive salary Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you reside? * Are you a graduate or a student?
