Position Summary: We are seeking a Technician to promote community development in Huancavelica through strong relationships, co-creation of local solutions, and mobilization of efforts to foster resilience. At FFTH Peru, we are looking for a Technician in Business Administration, Communications, Social Work, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Education, or Agriculture to join our team, whose objective will be to promote community development through strong relationships with key stakeholders, co\-creation of local solutions, and mobilization of efforts that foster resilience in the communities we serve in Huancavelica. **Who are we looking for?** * Technician in Business Administration, Communications, Social Work, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Education, or Agriculture. * Three years of experience in community facilitation, community development with stakeholder engagement, community development, or relationship management. * Experience working with municipal and/or regional-level influence. * (Desirable) Experience working with NGOs or international cooperation projects. **What you will do…** * Facilitate and train stakeholders to guide program direction. * Mobilize stakeholders, encouraging participation and ownership of initiatives that improve their well-being, development, and systemic transformation. * Support and nurture emerging community leaders, empowering them to take ownership of local initiatives and drive systemic transformation. * Establish and maintain partnerships with local organizations, government entities, and other key actors to improve program delivery and impact. * Collect data to monitor program performance and impact.
