Job Summary: We are seeking Technical Support personnel responsible for system configuration, installation, modification, and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Positive work environment We are currently recruiting for the Technical Support position at Konecta – CALLAO BRANCH. Work Modality: On-site Responsibilities: * Configuration of computer equipment * Installation of operating systems and disk images * Modification of basic system files and parameters * Equipment preventive/corrective support and maintenance Requirements: * Completed technical studies in Computing and Informatics or Networks (minimum 3 years) * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support * Basic knowledge of Cisco networking * Availability to work rotating 24x7 shifts (day and night shifts) * Preference for candidates not currently pursuing studies due to shift rotation requirements Benefits: * Base salary: S/ 1,400 * Enrollment in MYPE payroll at 50% * Career development path * Positive work environment Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
