Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Textile Development and Production Analyst to manage customer accounts, track samples and production, and ensure quality and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Account and textile order administration and tracking. 2. Coordination of sample development and delivery. 3. Production process tracking and quality control. ***Textile Development and Production Analyst*** **Location:** Ate, Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. Your primary challenge will be to assist us in managing our customers’ accounts and tracking samples and production, ensuring each order progresses on schedule and meets the promised quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and track assigned accounts and orders. * Coordinate sample development, pickup, and delivery. * Prepare and update production schedules and Gantt charts. * Monitor weaving, dyeing, finishing, and quality control processes. * Keep customers informed about the status of their orders. * Coordinate with suppliers and conduct site visits as needed. * Request and compare quotations for products and services. * Support textile cost analysis and breakdown. * Prepare progress reports and alert stakeholders about potential delays or issues. * Provide operational and administrative support to Management. * Participate in the implementation of management tools, ERP systems, and continuous improvement projects. **Profile** * Graduate or final-year student from SENATI or another technical institution, majoring in Textile Analysis, Textile Production, Textile Quality, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of textile processes. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Prior experience in textile companies is valued but not mandatory. * Availability to visit customers, suppliers, and service plants. **Competencies** * Sense of responsibility and commitment fulfillment. * Organization and consistent follow-up. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving ability. * Customer orientation and results-driven mindset. **What We Offer** * Training and mentoring throughout the learning process. * Participation in improvement and growth projects. * Opportunity to propose ideas and develop new tools. * Professional growth opportunity alongside StarTex. **We seek an initiative-driven, eager-to-learn, and motivated individual ready to grow with our company.** Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
