Location: Barranco Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Compensation: S/ 1,200 Responsibilities * Supervise bar operations during the shift. * Coordinate and lead front-of-house and bar staff. * Verify correct preparation and delivery of beverages. * Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. * Provide timely assistance and resolution for customer inquiries or issues. * Ensure adherence to service and quality standards. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a bar manager, supervisor, or in similar positions. * Knowledge of customer service and bar operations. * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work onsite in Barranco on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
