




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Telephone Surveyor with Call Center background to join our team, conducting surveys while demonstrating strong argumentation and fluent communication. What do we expect from you? Technical or university education—completed, incomplete, or currently in progress. Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience in survey services/campaigns, customer support, sales, or retention. MANDATORY. Knowledge of the banking, insurance, or telecommunications sector. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Competencies: Strong argumentation skills, fluent communication, good writing and spelling (to be assessed during the hiring process). Service orientation, achievement-driven mindset, and time management. Remote Work: What do you need to work from home? (MANDATORY) A private and quiet space. Wired internet connection (minimum 20 MB). PC or laptop running Windows 10, minimum Core i3 processor, and headset (audio + microphone). Compensation: Monthly payment via Honorarium Receipt. Payment date: 15th of each month. Piece-rate payment (per completed survey). Each project has a different payment factor depending on the survey’s complexity level.
