Experience with Cisco and Mikrotik equipment At Bitel, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic university graduate to join our Technology team as a Front Office Service Desk Engineer. If you have recently completed your university studies, possess a strong networking foundation, and seek verifiable experience managing corporate-level (ISP) infrastructure, this is the place to start. What challenges will you take on? Receiving, tracking, and resolving inquiries and incidents on Bitel's metro network. Managing and monitoring tickets in our virtual incident platform. Direct coordination with field engineers to resolve physical and logical issues. Tracking network project implementation plans. Preparing control and incident reports (weekly and monthly). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields (mandatory; current students not eligible). Minimum 3 months of experience in similar roles or internships in the networking field. Technical knowledge of Cisco and Mikrotik equipment configuration and network protocols. CCNA modules are desirable. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
