Work Modality: On-site Required Availability: Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Location: Lima City Center Main Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the sales team to ensure target achievement. Assign daily database and manage the assigned team. Prepare and analyze management reports (sales, rankings, absenteeism, hires and terminations). Provide operational support and resolve incidents. Reinforce sales techniques and team motivation. Participate in meetings with clients and management. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center Supervisor, Coordinator, or Team Leader (Insurance). Knowledge of KPIs. Intermediate Excel skills.
