If you enjoy reinventing yourself and solving problems with new strategies, and working on IT and business projects: apply now! **Job Description** **Mission** Responsible for leading, inspiring, and growing the testing team toward excellence in ISTQB and Agile Testing methodologies. **Responsibilities** * Manage the testing team’s workload and assignment of activities from prioritized client projects, monitoring and evaluating the performance of testing team members. * Lead the planning, design, estimation, functional and non-functional testing strategy, and test execution phases. * Lead test automation initiatives, ensuring efficiency and scalability of the frameworks used. * Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks based on quality engineering and agile development principles. * Ensure continuous integration of testing within the development lifecycle, promoting quality from early stages. * Act as the technical and advisory reference for the client, presenting progress, results, and proposals for continuous improvement. * Support the QA team in adopting best practices, methodologies, and quality standards. * Actively participate in defining test strategies, tools, and automation pipelines. * Monitor and evaluate the performance of testing team members. * Ensure compliance with established testing best practices aligned with ISTQB and Agile Testing methodological guidelines. * Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, ensuring understanding and alignment of project requirements’ scope with the testing team. * Design, develop, and execute automation scripts with support from the testing team. * Promote continuous improvement of the testing process and implementation of improvement actions. * Guarantee compliance with project KPIs. * Collaborate with other roles within the project team. **Requirements** * University degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in test automation. * 3 years leading testing teams, with advanced knowledge of traditional and agile project management. * SCRUM and ISTQB Foundation Tester certifications. * Practical experience with automated testing tools: Selenium, UFT, Postman, etc. * Experience leading highly complex projects with multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of quality management tools: Quality Center, Jira, Xray, etc. * Knowledge of IT technologies and programming languages: Java, VScript, or others. * Ability to perform automated testing on web, services, microservices, and desktop applications. * Knowledge of Oracle SQL and SQL Server. * Familiarity with OWASP ZAP, Acunetix WVS Consultant, and HP WebInspect. * Experience with SonarQube. * Knowledge and experience with Jenkins, Git, and Docker. * AWS experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) and associated tools. * Knowledge of performance testing: JMeter, Performance Center, etc. * Desired: knowledge of security testing (vulnerability detection). **Additional Information** What will we offer you as part of the team? * Payroll-based remuneration with all statutory benefits. * Food Card. * Corporate benefits through our discount platform. * Ongoing training aligned with your career path and other topics of general interest (e-learning platforms). * The opportunity to participate in highly innovative challenges. * Career path.
