Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Determined / Eventual Period Contract (fixed duration) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: * Execute massive data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), applying cleansing scripts to ensure reliable information availability. * Analyze complex inconsistencies in Master Data, diagnosing root causes of errors and proposing systemic or mass corrections. * Update interactive control dashboards (Dashboards), integrating multiple data sources to visualize KPIs defined by the Manager. * Map and document process flows (AS\-IS / TO\-BE) using standard notation (BPMN), identifying operational bottlenecks. * Monitor adoption indicators of new digital tools, generating early alerts for low usage. * Conduct functional validation of implemented automations prior to production release, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria (QA). * Prepare high-impact presentations and ad\-hoc analytical reports for stakeholders, interpreting raw data to provide business context. * "Provide timely support to the Sales Force regarding their inquiries on policy, operations, and rating." * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and drive continuous improvement of the role. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
