Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor for a global luxury brand, focused on delivering an exclusive and personalized shopping experience while driving sales and implementing brand strategies. This is your opportunity. **Your Challenges:** * Effectively drive, advise, approach, and close sales. * Correctly implement brand guidelines: cleanliness, layout, shelf testers, grids, and merchandising. * Manage inventory and ensure proper use of stock, testers, and work materials (sampling, GWP, wrapping). * Apply knowledge acquired through various training channels. * Adhere to the company’s sales protocol. * Perform product applications (shade testing) and deliver personalized advice to ensure a comprehensive experience. * Stay continuously updated on makeup trends and apply them in customer advice. * Lead public-facing events or activations, performing makeup applications. * Develop strategies to enhance cross-selling between makeup and fragrances. * Convey the “Puig Values” through interpersonal skills, excellent personal appearance, and appropriate uniform presentation. **We’d love to meet you if you have:** * Certification in Makeup, Colorimetry, Image, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or similar positions. * Availability to work from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
