Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Coordinator with experience in software quality assurance and team leadership, responsible for ensuring solution quality and leading testing strategies. You will drive continuous improvement of QA processes. **QA / SOFTWARE QUALITY COORDINATOR** We are looking for a QA Coordinator with experience in software quality assurance, team leadership, and test process management. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of implemented solutions by leading testing strategies and guaranteeing compliance with standards on high-impact projects. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of QA experience, including at least 1–2 years leading teams. * Experience managing functional, end-to-end, and regression testing. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience defining and tracking quality metrics. * Proficiency with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar). **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** **Mandatory:** * Test case design and management * Defect management * SQL (intermediate level) * API consumption and validation (REST) * Functional analysis and acceptance criteria * Test automation (Selenium, Playwright, or similar) **Desirable:** * Experience in cloud environments (AWS or others) * Data analysis applied to QA * Python (Pandas, NumPy) * Processing and validation of large volumes of data * Generation of quality reports and metrics * Analysis of test results and anomaly detection **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate the QA team. * Define the project’s testing strategy. * Plan, execute, and monitor testing cycles. * Ensure deliverable quality prior to release. * Coordinate with development, product, and operations teams. * Manage and prioritize defects. * Define and monitor quality indicators (KPIs). * Drive continuous improvement of QA processes. **SKILLS:** * Leadership and team management * Effective communication * Analytical thinking * Results orientation * Decision-making ability * Organization and time management Work location: Hybrid in San Isidro, Lima
