Ensure production orders meet quality and safety requirements **Model:** Fully Onsite **Scope:** Full Time **Location:** Switzerland **Responsibilities** * Lead and provide technical guidance to a small team working on mechanical and/or electrical aircraft system integration * Support leadership activities such as workforce planning, performance evaluations, onboarding, and team development * Carry out assembly tasks, system testing, troubleshooting, corrective actions, and quality checks * Ensure production orders are completed on schedule and in accordance with quality and safety requirements **Qualifications** * 5\+ years of practical experience in aircraft assembly or aircraft system integration. * Proficient in mechanical and/or electrical system integration processes and procedures, with proven troubleshooting skills. * Experience with SAP \- Advantage * Strong leadership abilities combined with effective teamwork, communication skills, integrity, and a customer‑focused mindset.
