We are currently looking for a **Senior QA Engineer (Functional)** **Requirements:** * +4 years of QA experience, ideally in **fintech or regulated systems**. * Experience leading **QA strategies and testing teams**. * Solid knowledge of **API testing** (REST) and tools such as Postman or Karate. * Experience in **performance testing and stress testing**. * Knowledge of **security, compliance, and NFRs** (PCI, financial regulations). * Ability to design tests based on **user stories and acceptance criteria**. **Responsibilities:** * Define and maintain the **QA strategy and quality standards**. * Lead and coordinate the **functional and automated QA team**. * Design and execute **functional, performance, and stress test suites**. * Coordinate with architecture and development teams to validate **NFRs**. * Ensure **regulatory and security compliance** for the product. **What We Offer:** * Hybrid work model. * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Health insurance (EPS) coverage. * Renewable contracts.
