Summary: The Supplier Development & Expansion Manager is responsible for growing and strengthening the artisan supplier network across Peru to support long-term production growth and diversification. Highlights: 1. Expand and strengthen artisan supplier network in Peru 2. Source, evaluate, and onboard new knitting and finishing suppliers 3. Manage supplier relationships in a field-based operational environment **Role Purpose** The Supplier Development \& Expansion Manager is responsible for expanding and strengthening thecompany’s artisan supplier network across Peru to support long\-term production growth, launch execution,and capacity diversification. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Supplier Network Expansion * Identify, source, and develop new knitting and finishing suppliers across Peru to support companygrowth and production diversification objectives * Build a pipeline of qualified supplier candidates capable of supporting both launch andreplenishment production * Conduct ongoing field research to uncover untapped artisan groups, workshops, cooperatives, andproduction networks not currently utilized by the company * Travel regularly throughout Peru to assess new production regions and supplier opportunities Develop and maintain strong working relationships with workshop owners, coordinators, artisanleaders, and production managers * Reduce supplier concentration risk by expanding production capacity across multiple independentsupplier groups Support the company objective of onboarding 4–8 additional qualified suppliers capable of meetingproduction standards and timelines. 2\. Relationship Management Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of experience in textile, knitwear, garment, artisan, or production environments * Minimum 3 years of experience managing or developing external suppliers, workshops, artisangroups, or production partners * Proven experience sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers or production partners Strong understanding of production capacity, workflow organization, quality expectations, andproduction timelines * Experience working in field\-based operational environments and independently managing supplierrelationships Experience identifying operational risks, bottlenecks, and supplier capability limitations * Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple supplierrelationships simultaneously * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for supplier tracking, capacity planning, andreporting * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout Peru for supplier visits, audits,and relationship development Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
