Encalada 1388, Office 505, Santiago de Surco, Lima. * **Main Responsibilities:** **Conduct account analysis to ensure proper preparation of financial statements (FS) and accounting reconciliations.** * Perform account analysis and bank reconciliations. * Record monthly accruals. * Review payment methods; reconcile collections across Retail, E-commerce, and Marketplace channels. * Perform sales reconciliation. **Conduct appropriate analysis of import costs.** * Compare physical inventory against SAP system inventory. * Calculate import costs. * Accurately record DUAs, INVOICES, and other import-related expenses in the SAP system. **Collect daily, weekly, and monthly data regarding the company’s merchandise availability levels to maintain up-to-date stock records.** * Verify the inventory adjustment report and implement corresponding updates in coordination with Operations and Logistics managers. **Prepare information for the respective monthly tax filings to comply with current tax regulations.** * Review and file tax ledgers per current tax regulations. * Gather information required for preparing monthly and annual tax settlements. **Prepare financial reports to keep the Finance Department of the parent company informed.** * Other accounting support tasks assigned by the General Accountant. * Prepare statistical reports and financial statements for the Corporation. * Prepare annexes for the Annual Tax Return (DDJJ). **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** **Our employees matter.** As a people-centered company, we work hard to offer rewards and development opportunities to our employees, recognizing their performance and fostering a supportive work environment—wherever they are. **A vibrant culture.** We are committed to a diverse and rich culture that welcomes individuals from all professions and social backgrounds.
