We believe in teamwork and in jointly building an experience that leaves a lasting impression on every journey. **What do you need to apply for this position?** * Completed secondary education or technical studies. * 1\-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles. * Residency in areas near the airport (Callao, San Martín de Porres, Los Olivos). * Clear and empathetic communication skills, service-oriented attitude, and ability to remain calm and effectively resolve high-pressure situations. * Languages: English (desirable). * Availability to work outdoors, 6 days per week, 8-hour shifts, with rotating days off. **What do we offer?** * Base salary of S/1200 \+ Family allowance S/113 \+ Mobility bonus S/100 \+ Working condition bonus S/200 * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. **Available Shifts** * Morning: 6:00am \- 3:00pm * Afternoon: 4:00pm \- 1:00am (Bonus) **What will be your responsibilities?** 1\. Approach passengers to offer authorized taxi service. 2\. Provide clear and accurate information regarding taxi fare. 3\. Record sales in our system. 4\. Manage service payments, handling cash (soles and US dollars), POS, Yape, and Plin. 5\. Address passenger inquiries and handle minor operational incidents.
