Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized professional to analyze information, negotiate with suppliers, optimize processes, and ensure the quality of tourism rates. What are we looking for? ✔ Technician, Bachelor’s degree holder, or graduate in Tourism, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in rate negotiation, procurement of tourism services, product management, reservations, or related areas. ✔ Desired experience in travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, or other tourism-sector companies. ✔ Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. ✔ Ability to quickly learn new platforms and digital tools. ✔ Desired experience with **Tour Plan**, rate management systems, or tourism management platforms. ✔ Intermediate English proficiency for understanding rates, contracts, and commercial terms. What will be your key responsibilities? * Analyze rates, policies, and commercial terms submitted by suppliers. * Register and update rates, terms, and suppliers in **Tour Plan**, ensuring data accuracy and quality. * Analyze data to prioritize rate registration and updates based on operational impact. * Validate consistency of rates, seasons, policies, and services prior to release to the operations team. * Coordinate with national and international suppliers to request information, negotiate rates, and update commercial terms. * Resolve internal inquiries regarding rates and commercial terms. * Provide support to Reservations, Sales, and Accounting departments concerning rate-related information. * Actively participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within the department. **We offer** ✅ Formal employment contract from day one. ✅ Hybrid work modality. ✅ Flexible working hours. ✅ Excellent work environment. ✅ Ongoing training on Tour Plan and business tools. ✅ Participation in improvement and innovation projects.
