The Challenge We are seeking an SSOMA Assistant to provide key support to the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System, ensuring legal compliance, risk prevention, and a strong safety culture across our sites and operations. You will actively participate in inspections, trainings, supervisions, and corrective actions that directly impact people’s safety. What will you do on a daily basis? Support inductions, trainings, and awareness activities on OSH, SSOMA, and Environment. Participate in safety inspections (scheduled and unannounced) in operational environments. Supervise administrative and operational activities with an SSOMA focus. Review OSH documentation of contractors, suppliers, and visitors. Verify correct use of PPE and compliance with safe work procedures. Support accident and incident investigations. Assist in emergency drills and waste management. Track closure of corrective and preventive actions. Requirements What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in OSH / SSOMA / Safety and Hygiene (including pre-professional or professional internships). Desirable experience in the industrial sector. **Knowledge of:** OSH / SSOMA / Occupational Safety and Health IPERC, inspections, PPE, safe work procedures **Desirable:** Diploma in OSH.
