Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in Air Catering, Concessions, Retail, and food service, maintenance, and hospitality at Remote Sites (camp regime). We are currently seeking 3 CHEFS (with experience in camp regime) to work under a 14x7 schedule at a mining camp located in SAN JUAN DE MARCONA, ICA, with the following profiles: **BENEFITS:** * Belonging to a multinational company * Immediate enrollment in Newrest's payroll * Transportation to the operation site covered. * 100% coverage of meals \+ accommodation at the operation site **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or related roles. * Minimum 6 months of experience working in mining or oilfield camps under camp regime (preferred) * Availability to work at a mining camp under a 14x7 regime\. * Preferred residence in Ica, Lima, Callao, Arequipa, Pisco, or Chincha. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for the proper functioning of the kitchen. * Execute the chef's instructions regarding food plating, cooking points, portion sizes, and food presentation. * Plan, direct, and coordinate standardization, scheduling, and control activities related to the services under your responsibility. * Coordinate activities of Cooks and Kitchen Assistants. * Use kitchen tools and equipment correctly and safely. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, the company’s hygiene, quality, and safety standards for food handling and use of kitchen utensils. * Provide support in tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor.
