Position Summary: End-to-end accounts receivable management for AUNA clinics, focusing on recovery, reconciliation, and control of corporate client portfolios. Key Highlights: 1. Process improvement and complaint handling **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage the collection of accounts receivable for the AUNA Clinic Network through continuous collection and payment reconciliation activities. Manage accounts receivable for corporate clients. Implement tactical actions to contain provisions for bad debts and accelerate document flow. Reconcile with clients invoice and installment payment details, apply corresponding credits, and proceed with ERP compensation. Report collections status and conduct analyses required by Treasury and Operations. Perform payment reconciliation and bank reconciliation; submit supporting documents upon request; hold meetings with clients and clinic operations coordinators to improve processes, document new cases, handle complaints, and monitor accounts receivable deterioration. Strictly adhere to collection procedures and credit policy, proactively issuing alerts regarding increases in overdue portfolio or excessive credit limits. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., collection executives, analysts) * Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Civil Law * Prior experience in Health, Insurance, or Banking sectors is desirable * Proficiency in database management for high-volume document handling; SAP R3 experience is desirable This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
