In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description*** Conduct inspections, sampling, supervision and/or coordination with the client, according to the requirements of your area (Inspection Order, procedures, instructions, operational instructions established by the inspection body). * Participate in service opening and closing meetings. * Develop the work schedule for the service to be performed based on the Inspection Order. * Distribute field activities and tasks among the group of inspectors under your responsibility for service execution. * Ensure compliance with the schedule and timely delivery of inspection documents (deliverables) to the Operations Coordinator / Project Coordinator. * Verify equipment and materials delivered by the Instrumentation and Materials Preparation team before and after service completion. * Keep the Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, and Account Executive informed about the progress of the inspection or any events that may affect the development of activities. Likewise, keep the client informed about details of their service. * Participate and ensure personnel under your supervision attend 5-Minute Safety Talks. * Complete the Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) form before starting work activities. * Conduct Quality and Safety supervision of personnel assigned to the service, according to risks and hazards associated with the activity. * Generate a monthly report of unsafe acts and/or conditions in Intelex. * Fulfill the minimum 20 hours of training in safety-related topics. * Participate in proposed Safety Tools. * Participate in the annual Quality training program with the goal of achieving authorization in basic sampling matrices. * Provide authorizations to personnel with whom services are performed, in coordination with the Quality department. Propose improvement opportunities to enhance work performance, participating in the review of inspection and sampling procedures and instructions. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Technical degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Fisheries, Biology, or related fields. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Willingness to travel. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Authorization / Competence in sampling across water, air, soil, noise and emissions matrices. * Personnel management experience. * Computer skills: Windows environment, Excel * Preferably持有Class A1 driver's license (minimum 3 years) or Class A2b (minimum 2 years) **Additional Information** * Life Insurance as per law * Ongoing training opportunities * Corporate agreements * Career progression path
