Position Summary: Responsible for executing the electronic initiation process of blasting, including planning, design, connection, detonation, and report generation. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and execution of the entire electronic blasting process. 2. Generation of reports and post-blast results tracking. 3. Product training and customer needs fulfillment. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic blasting initiation process to ensure proper detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Perform blasting design, programming, connection, checking, loading, and detonation. * Collect blasting process data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast results tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct product training covering product features and properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing their requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Preferably 1 year of mining experience. * Mining Technician or related field degree. * Desired knowledge of blasting processes. * Preferably A2b or A1 driver’s license (issued at least 3 years ago)
