We seek to hire an HSE Assistant to assist in monitoring planning processes related to the HSE Department’s management, providing administrative support, contributing to risk prevention and document control. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Monitor implementation control of inductions, training sessions, safety talks, and ongoing updates aimed at minimizing occupational risks. * Maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE) for each task, including control over usage, distribution, and field tracking aligned with the organization’s overall control system. * Verify correct use of safety equipment assigned to projects and its distribution across workshops and offices. * Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE KPIs per project executed by HSE Supervisors. * Monitor the environmental adaptation and protection program, occupational safety and health, in accordance with PASST. * Track compliance with inspections, observations, and corrective actions, from initiation through observation closure and resolution. * Document control for safety, occupational health, and environmental management across projects, aligned with CONETEC’s HSE Management System. * Keep HSE documentation up to date: records, reports, matrices, permits, inspections, and statistics. * Prepare monthly HSE area reports and indicators. * Support internal and external audits related to HSE. * Verify compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Coordinate occupational medical examinations and personnel documentation, where applicable. * Support safety prevention campaigns and safety culture initiatives. * Other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** Academic Qualifications: * Graduate in Mining Engineering, Geology, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. * Minimum 120-hour training courses in safety, health, and environmental topics.
