Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support various accounting and tax-related functions at a human resources consulting firm. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in the preparation and analysis of financial statements. 2. Collaboration in the management of tax and accounting documentation. 3. Assistance with bank reconciliations and tax filings. We are OPALO, a consulting firm with 17 years of experience in the Peruvian market, supporting HR management for diverse companies that engage our services. Currently, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree or graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience (Mandatory). * Intermediate Excel proficiency (Mandatory). * Knowledge of Concar and ERP systems (Mandatory). * Availability to work in **SURCO**. * Availability to work **Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Support the accounting and treasury departments. * Assist in managing the company’s tax and accounting documentation. * Assist in managing public or private tenders. * Assist in recording and verifying accounting documents in the system. * Assist in performing bank reconciliations and account analyses. * Assist with monthly tax filings. * Assist in completing electronic books (LDP). * Assist in preparing the annual income tax return. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or management. **BENEFITS:** * Monthly salary of S/1500\. * Family allowance. * MYPE payroll registration. * Days off on Saturdays and Sundays. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment.
