Position Summary: We are seeking an OSH Supervisor with experience in occupational safety and health, IPERC, incident investigation, and environmental management. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development and career progression **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering fields * Minimum two (2) years of experience as an OSH Supervisor or in equivalent positions (experience calculated from graduation date) * Completion of a diploma and/or specialized course in Occupational Safety and Health of no less than 100 hours * Certificates of training for high-risk work activities to be supervised (minimum 8 hours per high-risk activity), issued no more than one year ago * Proven experience supervising high-risk work activities * Required knowledge: Occupational Safety and Health, IPERC, Incident and Work Accident Investigation, G.050 Regulation (where applicable), and environmental management applicable to construction projects and services * Competencies: Leadership / Effective Communication / Decision-Making Under Pressure * Flexibility to work rotating shifts when required * Proficiency in technological tools (Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel proficiency is mandatory) * Valid A1 Driver's License (non-restrictive) * For university degrees obtained abroad, official validation by SUNEDU must be submitted **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll from day one * Social benefits under the MYPE regime * Career progression path * Willingness to work in Callao * Salary: between S/.2700.00 and S/.2800.00 per month, subject to evaluation Salary: S/.2,700.00 – S/.2,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
