To learn more about us and our culture, visit our website: https://www.lasbambas.com/en **WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU FACE?** Supervise and execute the procurement of services for various operational areas such as the concentrator plant, maintenance, and support services, maximizing cost effectiveness in accordance with organizational guidelines and policies, to ensure achievement of departmental objectives. **HOW WILL YOU CREATE VALUE FROM YOUR ROLE?** * Analyze spending, costs, and strategic positioning, developing a forward-looking view of business needs. * Supervise the use of the Ariba platform, verifying that participating bidders meet business requirements including scope of goods/services, supporting documents, KPIs used in supplier performance evaluation, and contractual conditions. * Execute the proposal evaluation stage by analyzing and selecting the most suitable technical and commercial option aligned with Las Bambas' strategic procurement objectives. * Plan and execute negotiation strategies, including negotiation of specifications and timelines, prices, price adjustment mechanisms, risk allocation, and contractual terms and conditions. * Execute the procurement of goods/services generating value through cost reduction. **\#WEAREHIRINGYOURTALENT** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization or diploma desirable in Logistics. * Postgraduate studies desirable in Supply Chain. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining or similar industries. * Experience in planning and executing negotiation strategies to improve market relationship outcomes. * Proven solid track record in developing procurement strategies, negotiation, planning, control, and achievement of procurement objectives. * Demonstrated ability to identify and deliver opportunities for total cost reduction and efficiency improvements. * Work experience and knowledge of goods and services suppliers from China, Peru, and South America. * Knowledge and skills in: + Experience as a procurement analyst in medium to large-scale mining operations, focused on projects. + Proven experience in procurement within large-scale project environments. + Solid understanding of continuous improvement processes and methodologies. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience using SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP systems to complete procurement activities. * Strong written and spoken English language skills. **\#WeProduceCopperWeDevelopTalent** **Advertised:** 23 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time **Applications close:** 31 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time
