Willingness to conduct both in-person and virtual sales activities A human resources services company is seeking a SALES EXECUTIVE according to the following profile: Requirements: \- Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. \- Studies in human resources, including topics such as selection, recruitment, personnel assessments, headhunting, or related areas. \- Office software proficiency, AI management (text and image), intermediate-level MS Office, digital marketing, CRM usage, virtual commercial tools for B2B enterprise sales (social media, email marketing, WhatsApp, databases, etc.). \- At least 1 year of professional experience in corporate B2B consultative sales—preferably within the client’s sector (industrial, mining, HORECA, and/or services). \- Willingness to perform both in-person and virtual sales activities, with orientation toward fieldwork, sales, and corporate B2B telesales. \- Experience in: Prospecting, consultative selling, high-impact presentations, client retention, account expansion, negotiation, and closing. \- Prior experience selling intangible products—such as consulting or HR services—is desirable. \- Ideal candidate has an existing client portfolio. \- Results-oriented, focused on achieving sales quotas. \- Strong assertive communication skills at the managerial level, with empathy and initiative.
