Corporate B2B Sales Executive – Industrial Sector At **IMPORTACIONES KCM S.A.C.**, a Peruvian import company with over 15 years of experience and its own brand in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and products for the industrial, construction, mining, and energy sectors, we are looking to incorporate a **Corporate Sales Executive** into our team — someone who is results-driven and passionate about consultative sales. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years** of B2B sales experience. * Commercial experience in construction, industrial, mining, energy, or hardware sectors (mandatory). * Desired experience in marketing PPE, tools, abrasives, or industrial products. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (desirable). * Knowledge of negotiation, prospecting, and sales closing techniques. * Availability to conduct business visits within Metropolitan Lima. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and develop new corporate clients in the industrial, construction, mining, and energy sectors. * Manage and enhance the assigned client portfolio. * Identify business opportunities and commercial projects. * Provide technical and commercial advisory services regarding the product portfolio. * Prepare quotations and ensure timely follow-up until sale closure. * Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets set by the company. * Maintain up-to-date commercial information and business opportunity records. * Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, and Credit departments to ensure efficient customer service. * Conduct business visits and strengthen relationships with strategic clients. * Prepare commercial management reports and sales performance indicators.
