**Servicios Generales Armane**, a multiservice company with more than 15 years of experience in the maintenance sector, is looking for a **SSOMA Supervisor (Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment)** to join its team. The selected professional will be responsible for implementing, supervising, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies regarding safety, occupational health, and the environment, guaranteeing safe working conditions and sustainable operations. Likewise, they will play a key role in promoting a preventive culture within the organization. Requirements: .-Bachelor's degree or graduate student in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety and Hygiene, Industrial Safety Technician, or Occupational Risk Prevention, or related fields. .-Availability to work in LIMA ESTE on DAY OR NIGHT shifts .-At least 1 year of experience. .-Knowledge in the SSOMA field. .-Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and Occupational Health and Safety. Responsibilities: .-Supervision in work areas. .-Develop and update formats of the Integrated Management System according to new legal regulations and/or incidents (plans, programs, forms, IPERC, PETS, etc.). .-Support timely submission of required SSOMA reports requested by clients. .-Conduct field inspections, follow up on incident and/or accident reports, and develop action plans. .-Provide documentary support and weekly reports and/or evidence of compliance with the annual SSOMA plan as required by the client. .-Perform homologation audits as required by the client and deliver training in safety, occupational health, and environmental protection to workers.
