Collaborate with other departments and internal teams to coordinate efforts and ensure a holistic wellness experience. Manage necessary resources to execute successful programs, including budget, personnel, materials, and facilities. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of implemented programs and collect participant feedback to make adjustments and improvements as needed. Promote wellness programs through effective communication and outreach strategies. In some cases, you may be involved in handling individual cases requiring specific support and assistance. **Trend Monitoring and Best Practices:** Stay informed about emerging trends in social welfare and adopt best practices to ensure programs remain relevant and effective. **Professional Profile:** Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields, with prior experience managing corporate wellness programs in organizations with over 1,000 employees. Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills. Empathy and sensitivity to address diverse needs and situations.
