Job Summary:
This role requires on-site supervision of high-risk activities and comprehensive management of occupational safety and health (OS&H), including training and documentation.
Key Highlights:

3. Responsibility for preparing key safety documentation.
* **Participation Requirement:** Your role is mandatorily required when performing work at heights or high-risk activities.
**Academic Qualification:** Must hold a Bachelor's Certificate or a 3-year Technical Degree.
**Training and Certifications:** Must possess a training certificate directly related to the high-risk work you will supervise.
This training certificate must be no older than 2 years.
**Specific Experience:** Must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' certified experience in supervising the corresponding high-risk work.
**Management Responsibilities (OS&H Administration):**
* On-site supervision of risk-related activities.
* Preparation and submission of the "Standard Entry Folder" (for both general and high-risk work), which must include mandatory management tools such as the IPERC Matrix, MIAA Matrix, PPE distribution records, SCTR (Health and Pension), and the Safety Commitment Letter.
* Management of personnel training, ensuring contractors receive OS&H induction and submitting the induction request once SMI's OS&H department approves the documentation.
