**SUPERVISOR HSE** Marco Peruana, a service provider company for the mining, hydraulic, and industrial sectors, is looking for the best professionals for the position of HSE Supervisor at our Callao site. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure compliance with legal, internal, and client requirements related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. **PROFILE** * Licensed Engineer in Safety, Environmental, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. * Specialization in Industrial Safety or Occupational Safety and Health Management. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a safety supervisor and 1 year in mining projects. * Experience implementing Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management systems. * Knowledge and experience in the mining sector (essential) and fishing (desirable). * Familiarity with Law 29783 and its regulations. * Knowledge of Supreme Decree DS 024-2016 EM. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Promote the principles, rules, standards, and policies of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment applicable to the company. * Analyze and update HSE process performance indicators aligned with goal achievement and accident reduction. * Maintain and disseminate control dashboards for departments. Take action and follow up on proposed corrective actions. * Analyze and act upon performance indicator results for "Process Owners." * Lead the HSE Supervisor, Safety Officers, and Trainees in conducting ongoing inspections of unsafe acts and conditions, including recording and tracking closure. * Ensure compliance with the HSE program at assigned sites and/or projects. Likewise, ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding training and other mandatory records. * Develop, disseminate, and review the IPER matrix in coordination with each area, project, or site nationwide. * Conduct incident and accident investigations and maintain records. Coordinate with project and site personnel to ensure proper investigation and documentation of accidents. * Supervise and verify compliance with PPE standards across the organization. * Supervise personnel on the correct use and maintenance of safety equipment and machine and equipment safety systems. * Develop, review, and update standards for the integrated management system. * Develop and review safety management tools: IPERC, PETAR, as well as review ATS documents. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Payroll registration from the first day of work. * 100% company-covered personal accident insurance. * Gym membership agreement (SMART FIT), educational agreements (ICPNA, Cibertec, UPC, UPN). * Additional paid leave days.
