Job Summary: We are seeking an HSE Supervisor / HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and risk management standards on mining projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company specialized in telecommunications engineering and project execution for the mining sector. We are currently looking for an **HSE Supervisor / HSE Engineer** for a project to be carried out in the **Moquegua mining zone**. This position is critical to ensuring compliance with safety, occupational health, and risk management regulations during fieldwork execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the implementation of safety measures in field projects. * Verify compliance with mining and telecommunications safety regulations. * Train technical personnel on safe work procedures, IPERC, ATS, and risk prevention. * Conduct internal inspections and audits on site. * Prepare safety reports and reports on substandard conditions. * Monitor correct use of PPE according to internal and client protocols. * Coordinate with the client’s HSE department to ensure regulatory compliance. * Participate in the preparation and updating of technical documents: IPERC, PETS, ATS, among others. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HSE Supervisor or HSE Engineer in similar projects. * Postgraduate diploma in Safety, SSOMA, or related disciplines (minimum 160 hours). * Up-to-date knowledge of mining and telecommunications regulations. * Experience in field inspections, technical documentation, and risk management. * Availability for frequent travel and fieldwork. **Competencies and Skills** * Leadership and ability to coordinate field teams. * Effective communication and orientation toward regulatory compliance. * Planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. * High sense of responsibility and focus on safety and risk prevention. **What We Offer** * Travel allowances covered during project execution. * Participation in mining projects with high safety standards. * Professional development opportunities in HSE applied to mining and telecommunications.
