About the Role
The Team Leader \- Manufacturing Production leads production teams for a product(s) to ensure the product is produced in accordance with all specifications \& SHES requirements
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with operational processes and change control.
Meet forecasted demand and ensure product quality control.
Manage the SHERMIS action database and ensure proper incident follow-up.
Supervise inductions, contractor passports, and compliance with LTO/LTS.
Ensure correct execution of plant PMs and their recording in SAP.
Administer services, materials, budgets, and fixed assets.
Identify improvement opportunities and promote initiatives.
Experience and Requirements
Completed university degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar production roles.
Demonstrated knowledge of Safety.
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PBI, etc.).
People management experience at plant/factory level.
