




The Treasury Assistant is responsible for managing and controlling financial resources derived from pension collections and other funding sources, ensuring fund availability, compliance with obligations, and the institute's liquidity. **Functions:** * Manage pension collections by following payment schedules and institute policies, using all authorized payment methods. * Record and/or update financial transactions in the accounting and academic system periodically and promptly. * Prepare and submit periodic reports on income, accounts receivable, and debts, ensuring timely submission and accurate reporting. * Forward transaction information to Accounting in a timely manner. * Organize, verify, and record accounts payable, prioritizing them for processing and payment. * Coordinate supplier payment scheduling and maintain an updated supplier database. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Technical Professional in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** * **General:** 1 year of experience in similar positions.
