Being a Digital Lover means being passionate about digital innovation, putting your heart into everything you do, daring to dream big, and beginning every project with butterflies in your stomach. * Technical professional, graduate, or bachelor’s degree holder with experience in project management, digital products/services, innovation labs, or agile organizations * Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator * Experience coaching agile teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, or executives * Experience and knowledge of scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc.) * Knowledge of agile metrics * Experience implementing agile practices * Experience with agile frameworks/methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) * Experience across the software development lifecycle * Experience in Product Discovery (e.g., Design Thinking) * Excellent organizational, communication, conflict resolution, synthesis, and time management skills
