Apply now and let’s build a brighter future—together! **What talent are we looking for?** Lean Mindset: We seek individuals with a strong continuous improvement mindset—people who are naturally curious, committed to solving problems at their root cause, and motivated to improve things every day. * Verify that the customer has correctly registered cargo in the Terminal Operating System (TOS), according to UDL or documentation provided by the shipping agency. * Report and communicate incidents affecting vessels engaged in discharge and/or loading operations to Customers/Shipping Agencies. * Coordinate internally with personnel involved to ensure smooth operational performance. * Support the Weighing Area in issuing entry and/or exit tickets. * Guide the General Cargo Supervisor regarding the Work Plan established for each vessel. * Validate, approve, reject, or cancel Bills of Lading or Bookings registered by shipping agencies in the General Cargo TOS, using the digital tools provided. * Conduct pre-operational meetings and prepare minutes thereof. * Develop vessel work plans based on agreements reached during pre-operational meetings; these plans must be shared with all relevant customers. * Archive all related documentation before, during, and after an operation in the General Cargo Operations virtual repository. * Verify the accuracy of each vessel’s Statement of Facts (SOF) at the end of each shift by reviewing operational KPIs. * Collaborate with the Shift Manager to timely plan personnel and machinery resources for each shift. * Maintain control over physical and virtual files and documents related to vessel operations, and manage their transfer to the final document repository archive. **What talent are we looking for?** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * 2 years of experience in roles related to operations or similar functions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of dashboards, AI, or any ERP system (optional). * Class A1 driver’s license (desirable). * Basic\-intermediate English language skills (desirable). **If you enjoy taking on major challenges, now is the time to join APM Terminals Callao!** **Learn more about us** Are you interested in a career at APM Terminals?
