At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** The Infrastructure and Telecommunications Specialist will be responsible for performing the following functions: Managing and monitoring telecommunications infrastructure and third-party infrastructure contracted to support operations. * Ensuring the availability and continuity of Infrastructure and telecommunications services. * Providing technical support during business hours and maintaining 7x24 availability for incident response. * Designing an efficient strategy for service management. * Provisioning and managing physical and virtual servers. * Provisioning and managing storage systems, SAN switches, and enclosures. * Provisioning virtual machine infrastructure for users. * Cloud infrastructure services and provisioning (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS). * Data center and cabling facility administration. * Database provisioning and management services. * Management of basic services (Email, Virtualization Tools, Thin Client Tools, File Server, Unified Communications, Corporate Chat, Telephony, Active Directory, VPN, Citrix, Antivirus). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related technical fields. * 2–3 years of experience in the role. * Service-oriented mindset and culture. * Experience with telecommunications hardware and software. * Cisco and Fortinet certifications. * Knowledge and experience in structured and industrial cabling, fiber optics, LAN/MAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, Microwave, and Satellite communications. * Knowledge and experience in analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of failures. * Understanding of the service lifecycle. * Proven experience in event analysis and correlation. * Experience in preparing technical and managerial reports. * Experience in process automation, dashboard design, and proactive response to service consumption deviations. * Experience in vendor management. * Proficiency in monitoring software tools.
