Responsibilities: * Provide support in administrative personnel management (personnel files, contracts, onboarding, terminations, database updates). * Collaborate in the implementation of onboarding, training, and development programs. * Support activities related to workplace climate, employee wellbeing, and organizational culture. * Assist in preparing and updating HR reports and indicators. Requirements: * Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields. * Interest in pursuing a professional career in Human Resources.
