




Job Summary: WSP is seeking an Intermediate Quality Engineer to maintain the quality management system, control documentation, and support quality matrices in projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Maintain updated documentation of the quality management system, track compliance with the training plan and quality objectives. * Manage control of measurement equipment (life history sheets, calibration certificates, verification and/or contracting of surveying equipment). * Review and maintain control of laboratory and field test logs and records. * Manage control of Quality training records. * Provide support in developing quality matrices for each project. * Manage control of daily Quality area reports. * Maintain control of sampling plans, chain-of-custody procedures, and sample transportation. * Record and track observations and non-conformities issued. * Organize project Quality Dossier documentation. * Provide support in preparing weekly and monthly Quality reports. * Keep internal and external audit status up to date. * Other duties assigned by the Leader or Manager. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions and/or functions. * Experience in mining sector projects is desirable. * Availability to work onsite at our Miraflores offices. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable. \#Perú \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 2**Job Posting** Jan 19, 2026, 6:57:14 PM
