Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage operational risk, participate in defining, implementing, and monitoring indicators, and ensure proper execution of activities. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** * Train area personnel (Business/Support) (practitioners) on operational risk management: identification and assessment, control and mitigation, and monitoring and reporting. * Participate in defining the operational risk appetite for the area (Business/Support). * Participate in and ensure completion of required activities during the operational risk (RO) admission process for area initiatives (Business/Support), overseeing proper development of the mitigation and control framework. * Participate in and ensure execution of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment exercise for the area (Business/Support) by analyzing processes to identify risks across various categories and implementing proposed mitigation and control frameworks developed by Risk Control Specialists. * Ensure monitoring of operational risk management within the area (Business/Support), evaluating the design and effectiveness of mitigation and control measures to identify control weaknesses. * Participate in and ensure definition, implementation, and monitoring of area-specific (Business/Support) operational risk indicators. * Input risks, controls, indicators, and other information required by the methodology into the operational risk management tool. * Ensure follow-up with units responsible for implementing recommendations from Regulators, Internal Audit, and External Audit assigned to the role. * Manage the outsourcing process for contracting initiatives within the scope of responsibility. * Collaborate in reporting the operational risk status and control weaknesses of the area (Business/Support) to Unit Heads and CIRO Committees, via the RCA Coordinator and CIRO Committee Secretary. * Serve as the focal point for PAC (Process of Assurance of Quality) implementation. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: * University degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Five years of experience in audit-related matters. * One or more years of experience in auditing/consulting firms. * Knowledge of information security auditing and audit risks. * Proficiency in AI. * Information security course or certification (preferred). * Soft skills: teamwork, adaptability, proactivity, effective communication. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
