Your role will focus on executing key change activities—including communication, training, impact management, and tracking adoption metrics. You will contribute through analysis, development of materials, facilitation of sessions, problem resolution, and preparation of reports to monitor project progress. You will work within dynamic and multicultural teams, with access to methodologies, tools, and leadership support that will accelerate your professional development. You will become part of a community that creates human-centered, effective, and high-impact solutions. **What do you need to apply?** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields focused on people management, strategy, or transformation. * 4–5 years of experience executing change management activities in organizational transformation projects (digital, cultural, technological, Agile, process redesign, new ways of working). * Specialization or coursework in Organizational Transformation, Change Management, Organizational Development, or Innovation. * Certifications such as Prosci, ADKAR, HCMBOK, or similar. * **Tools:** Microsoft Office Suite; Tableau is preferred. * **Skills:** Analytical thinking and results orientation; execution of change plans (communications, training, stakeholder engagement, impact management); clear communication and material development; stakeholder relationship management and consultative support; data handling and insights for tracking; adaptability and ability to thrive in agile environments. **Why Deloitte?** Through our work, we create meaningful impact—making a positive difference for our clients, society, and the planet.
