Job Summary: We are seeking Technical Drivers for Claro Hogar to operate mobile units and assist with the installation of telecommunications services. Key Highlights: 1. We’ll teach you the rest!** At Claro Hogar, we’re looking for **Technical Drivers** to join our team in Southern Lima. If you want to enter the telecommunications industry and earn well from day one, this is your opportunity. **No prior installation experience is required—we pay you to learn.** **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Driving the assigned mobile unit along daily service routes. * Safely transporting equipment, tools, and materials. * **Maintaining the van and tools provided to you.** * Responsible for driving the assigned unit to deliver Claro Hogar services, transporting tools and materials, and assisting with the installation of internet, television, and telephone services according to a scheduled plan. **Essential Requirements:** * **Valid driver's license:** A1, A2a, or A2b (Mandatory). * Driving experience (ideal if you have worked in delivery or transportation in Lima). * Availability to work full-time. * Responsible, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team. **Our Offer:** * Earnings between **S/ 1,900 and S/ 3,000** (base salary \+ productivity-based commissions). * Certified and **paid** technical training from your first day. * We provide the vehicle, tools, and on-the-job training along your assigned route. * A clear career progression path.
